CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES:
The last day for guaranteed Xmas delivery is 1pm Friday 18th December. Although we will be shipping orders up to 1pm Xmas Eve we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas Day. Orders placed after 1pm Friday 18th December will be treated as if placed on the 4th January 2010.
When available you may select one of the following three delivery methods during checkout:
Standard Guaranteed Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): Royal Mail* - We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days / FREE or £3.95 for orders under £50
Standard Plus Guaranteed Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): DHL* - We aim to deliver within 2-4 working days / £4.95
Express Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): DHL/Royal Mail Special Deliveryl*- We aim to deliver within 4 working days / £5.95 or £9.95 for larger, bulky items
Saturday Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): Up to 1am Saturdays* / £9.95

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UK DELIVERIES:*ALL STANDARD ORDER TIMES DEPENDENT ON RM STRIKES OR OTHER INDUSTRIAL ACTION. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT STANDARD DELIVERY ORDERS PLACED PRIOR, DURING AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER PERIODS OF INDUSTRIAL ACTION MAY FACE DELAYS OF UP TO 7 DAYS FROM OUR EXPERIENCE. Before placing your order, please note:
- If you place your order before 1pm on Monday to Friday it will be dispatched by our couriers, to arrive within 4 working days (Express Delivery) or 7 days (Standard Delivery) and will arrive between 8am and 5pm or if Saturday Delivery is chosen, between 8am and 1pm.
- We cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-5pm window (8am - 1pm Nextday/Saturday Delivery).
- Express Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
- We reserve the right to suspend refunds for non-delivered items until our carriers have confirmed that the order is lost.
After your order has shipped:
- The delivery address may not be changed.
- You may track your order from our couriers website using a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you.
- If nobody is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a card through your door with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery
- If your order is returned to us we will automatically re-send it free of charge up to a maximum of two times. If after this the delivery is still unsucessful we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery arrangements.
IMPORTANT: ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & HIGH VALUE UK ORDERS (USUALLY OVER £500) MUST COMPLETE A ONE-OFF SHIPPING AUTHORISATION FORM.
